The Toronto Wine and Spirit Festival is owned by Power Juncture Corporation, a Toronto based event company.

Power Juncture has been a part of many major events across Canada with proven success. Our experience derives in part from music based concert series and events, such as The Juno Awards and Weaselpalooza. Also, as co-founder of Toronto’s Festival of Beer we have operated consumer shows in markets across Canada in the Alcohol category for well over a decade.

Much of Power Juncture’s success is built on knowing the consumer market and understanding our partners’ needs, goals and objectives.
