Vendor Opportunities

Does your target market enjoy wine, spirits, beer, cider, live music and great food? Would you like some one-on-one interaction with core consumers from the GTA? Then the Wine & Spirit Festival is the marketing opportunity for your brand/s. Come out and help us celebrate the arrival of summer!

Whether you are an experienced Vendor or new to the festival and trade show circuit; you can expect Festival Management to provide great advice on organizing your booth and maximizing your experience. Allow us to help connect your company/products to our brand; a relaxed, fun and festive show for core consumers.

Registration Process

  1. See BOOTH RATES (to the right ->) for rates and payment deadlines.
  2. Submit your Vendor Registration Form including booth choices via fax to: Christine Robertson at 416 406-1446
  3. A list of all Smart-Serve Certified staff, anticipated onsite, must be submitted before load-in.
  4. Copies of insurance must be submitted before load-in.
  5. Our "Vendor Bible" will be issued to all Vendors in advance of the Festival to outline the load-in schedule and additional information that is to be read by every Vendor and their staff.

Booth Rates


Early Bird Booths
Full payment of $1,200 (plus HST) must be paid by Friday, February 24th, 2017.

Regular Booths
Vendors who wish to pay by the final deadline, must pay a $700 deposit (plus HST) by the Early Bird Deadline of Friday, February 24th, 2017. Final balances are then due by Friday May 5th, 2017.

Booth fees include:

  • 10x10 exhibit space
  • 10x20 tent (10x10 of this tent is for patron coverage only - vendors may not use this space)
  • product storage and delivery
  • ice delivery - ice is available at a cost of $10 per bag and will be deducted from each vendor's drink voucher reimbursement
  • 10 complimentary admission tickets to give to guests
